The Panasonic HDC-HS250 HD Camcorder is the only flash memory based full HD camcorder made by Panasonic apart from HDC-TM300. The Panasonic HDC-HS250 comes with an in built 80GB hard drive and similar to the TM300, the HDC-HS250 has some similar features like the 3MOS image sensor totaling 9.15 Megapixel resolutions.
